DEPOSIT POLICY

This non-refundable deposit is to be paid in person at our studio or via bank transfer (we do not accept PayPal).

The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the tattoo on the day of the scheduled appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the appointment.

 ALL deposits are Non-refundable.

  ALL deposits are non-transferable, meaning your deposit can not be given to somebody else to use as a deposit.

You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before.

If you do not make a new booking within 7 days of rescheduling we can only assume that you no longer want your tattoo and are forfeiting your non-refundable deposit.

Any additional charges incurred during the course of the tattoo such as additional time, materials, or if the tattoo artist feels that any requested changes are unreasonable from the original design, will be added to the total cost of the tattoo and must be paid in full on the day of the appointment.

Your medical history may affect the ability to get tattooed. So please take this into consideration before booking your tattoo & paying your deposit. if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

You will lose your non-refundable deposit if;

 

• You do not show up to your appointment.

• You turn up under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• Show up sunburnt on the area you wished to be tattooed.

• Turn up with a child, a tattoo studio is not a child friendly environment.

• You do not give us at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment.

• Do not make a new booking within the 7 days of rescheduling.

By paying the deposit, clients agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the deposit policy.

Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the deposit.
